RF microneedling after Laser sclerotherapy?

Thanks for your question. I would recommend treating the vascular lesions (spider veins) first and then wait a month to 6 weeks before having RF microneedling. This will give your body enough time to heal and clear the appearance of the veins- and your skin will be much more even overall after the RF microneedling series (usually 3-4 treatments spaced 1 month apart).
