Slight receding gums after Apicoectomy. Is it fixable or do I have to get new crowns? (Photo)

I have had my top four veneers for almost six/seven years now and had to get an Apicoectomy done last year because my top front left tooth had a failed root canal on it. I have noticed in the past few months that my gums have been receding a little bit, especially on the tooth that got work done. Is this normal? My dentist hasn’t said anything about it when I went a few months ago. Is it fixable or do I have to get all new crowns?
