Can excessive Vaser cause/trigger widespread inflammatory response/arthritis across body post-op?

Vaser and inflammatory arthritis post gynaecomastia surgery? Can excessive vaser / vaser cause or trigger a wide spread inflammatory response in the form of arthritis across the body post opperatively. Please do not suggest I speak to the surgeon in question. His surgery has left me in incredible ongoing pain, years on and left me hating myself. Thanks in advance.
