I had a rhinoplasty nearly 3 years ago and have alwyas been self conscious about my tip from one side. I thought it was scar tissue making it look bulbous but I’ve realised it must be cartilage. I don’t know why one side is so straight and one side is sticking out. It makes one side look upturned which is what I hate. Please can anyone give advice.
