Sylfirmx RF microneedling claims to produce the collagenesis, lifting, firming results of RF without the associated risks of fat pad loss and deeper dermal scaring/damage. Is this true or does it still pose the risk or likelihood that it would cause microscaring and impair future eyelid reduction and lift surgeries, their success / outcomes and effectiveness. As an interim is it useful or is it best to retain ‘virgin’ lower dermal layers for best surgical results later?
