5ft 10, 67kg male - is there liposuction for medial cheek and nasolabial fat?

Question

I'm a 5ft 10, 67kg male, who has had chin liposuction and buccal fat removal, however I still have a chubby face. It has been 1 year since the procedures. My weight has stayed the same. My jawline is looking better as is the lower part of my face, however the upper part is still very chubby, especially when I smile. Can you have liposuction in the medial cheek and nasolabial fold areas, I feel the weight there is mainly superficial fat. I would prefer not to have fillers or implants.

The primary reason for each individual person‘s facial appearance comes from facial skeletal structure. Most likely you have an undersized mandible in comparison to your maxilla.

Continued soft tissue manipulation to treat a skeletal issue leads to sub optimal results and can result in undesirable long-term consequences.

There’s a limit to the type of work people should do before confronting the primary issue.

Without posting pictures we can’t really make an assessment.

Mid face liposuction puts patients at risk for facial nerve injuries which while temporary can be pretty upsetting. Some plastic surgeons are comfortable doing it others heed to the potential complication as a contra indication.
