F 35y 5'7 152lbs Had a breast augmentation with autologous fat from the abdomen in November 2020. After that some kind of "pockets" formed above and below the belly button so that it looked like the letter B in profile. After it became clear that the result would not improve, I was advised by the same surgeon to have a 2nd abdominal surgery, this time with Vaser Lipo. (August 2021) Again now an ugly bump has formed above my belly button that protrudes. It looks worse than before!

As you well noticed, lipo does not prevent you from gaining weight, but reduces amount of fat deposed on the areas that have been treated... so the proportions of the body can be altered if you gain weight.
This imbalance can be corrected with an other lipo or your loosing the 10 lb
Liposuction does not create cellulite. Most likely what you are referring to is an uneven fat distribution from poorly done liposuction which is not the same as cellulite.

Hello,Thank you for the question.Unfortunately there is not any non surgical options that can improve lumps and rippling.I advise to massage the entire abdomen regularly. The bumps is because of the internal scarring and perhaps retained fat necrosis( unhealthy fat cells).Best wishes
