After 2 rounds of liposuction I'm still stuck with a bulge above my bellybutton that wasn't there before - advice? (photos)

F 35y 5'7 152lbs Had a breast augmentation with autologous fat from the abdomen in November 2020. After that some kind of "pockets" formed above and below the belly button so that it looked like the letter B in profile. After it became clear that the result would not improve, I was advised by the same surgeon to have a 2nd abdominal surgery, this time with Vaser Lipo. (August 2021) Again now an ugly bump has formed above my belly button that protrudes. It looks worse than before!
