After 2 rounds of liposuction I'm still stuck with a bulge above my bellybutton that wasn't there before - advice? (photos)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, I note a bulge immediately superior to the belly button.Unfortunately, a physical examination is required to differentiate between stubborn residual supraumbilical fat vs. an umbilical hernia. I cannot differentiate based on photos alone.If it is composed of fat, a direct umbilical approach / incision may be successful in eliminating the bulge. If it proves to be a hernia, it requires repair.Best wishes...
