I had butt implants 5years ago that were too big and got infected. I removed them and had a bbl. I then had lipo on my butt and put small implants. Then i had a sagging issue so i had a lower buttock tuck. My issue now is the loose skin on the lower bum is back i have a double bubble effect. Also i hav a hip dip one side and my but seems like its too long. When i wear a dress it looks too long. I need to know what i need but nobody seema to be able to know or can do anything for me. Help!

To make a quality assessment and give you quality advice, we need quality information.This would add a minimum include a set of proper pictures.Generally, we need to get a complete history and that would include before and after pictures and copies of your medical records from each of your previous procedures. if you don’t have before and after pictures and copies of your medical records from your previous procedures, then you should begin by collecting those.At this point there is most likely no operation to fix your problem.To get anything resembling equality assessment, you will at this point need an in person consultation.Come prepared bringing with you as much of your previous medical record as possible.Most plastic surgeons in the United States don’t offer gluteal implant augmentation.
