Damage from sunburn and peeling - What are my options? (photos)

Returned from holiday around 5 days ago. I burnt my face really badly and my forehead started to peel, I scrubbed it off although it was not ready and then sat back In the sun ( stupid I know ) !!! I now have a massive line and red mark centre of my forehead in between brows, skin is growing back at diff rates and some parts look completely raw skin also looks thicker in some areas than others. Have I perm damaged my skin ? Any advice welcome pls as I’m panicking so so much. Photo attached.

Hello! As both peels are great options for you, one thing about PCA is how customizable the company is. Hello! I would not be concerned at all. We recommend receiving a series of 4-6 chemical peels every 4-6 weeks. If you feel it is too much for your skin, we recommend between peels you can do a Hydrafacial to keep up with exfoliation and still get beautiful results. Best of Luck! Dr. Julia Spears MD
