35, hollow eyes. Would I be suitable for lower bleph? (Photos)

Question

I’m 35 years old and have always had hollow eyes, this has progressed as I’ve aged. Would I be suitable for lower bleph or is there something else that could be recommended? I’ve previously tried filler but have not seen the difference that I want.

Thank you for your question.  In your photos, you can still see the residual swelling because of the fillers, which is why I recommend avoiding further fillers in that area. The lateral portion of your lower eyelid has more distance from your eye than ideal. This causes downward traction, and your nasojugal fold (tear trough) is very pronounced. This can be improved using micro and nano fat grafts and repositioning and tightening of the lateral canthus of your eye. With these two procedures, it's possible to correct these areas of concern to you.  I hope this helps.
