Options to Make Eyes Appear Slightly Larger/More Awake After Ptosis Surgery? Experiencing Tightness and Morning Dryness (Photos)

Hi doctors, I had ptosis surgery on both eyes in 2020. Since then, I’ve been dealing with morning dry eyes and a sensation of tightness around my eyes. My eyes also appear smaller and more narrow than I’d like, especially when I’m out in the sun, my eyes feel more hooded. and I suspect there may have been some overcorrection from the surgery — possibly causing incomplete eyelid closure while sleeping. I’ve tried using lubricating eye drops and warm compresses regularly, but the symptoms eventually persist. My main concerns are: 1. Is there a surgical or non-surgical option to make my eyes appear slightly more open or larger? Like almond shape? While maintaining a natural look. 2. Can ptosis overcorrection be safely reversed or adjusted? 3. Are there long-term solutions for the dry eyes, especially if it’s related to incomplete eyelid closure? I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to improve both the appearance and comfort of my eyes. Thank you. Options to Make Eyes Appear Slightly Larger/More Awake After Ptosis Surgery?
