How can I fix a small pinch point injury scar that keeps growing back under new skin. (Photo)

I'm 45 and have a small pinch point injury scar on my lower abdomen from a partial human bite that happened when I was 7 years old. No matter what skin peeling treatments and dermabrasion treatments I have tried, the original teeth marks which look like this "( )" always grow right back in the new skin, How do I treat this so that new skin grows back WITHOUT the teeth marks underneath my skin ?? I suspect their may be a problem with the basal layer/basement membrane ? Please help me fix this.

Scars need aerify, enlighten, or Cosmelan peels post surgery. Vivatia foam, Restorsea 10x, skinceuticals phyto +, Cosmelan 2 cream, and reve skin fortified bleaching cream all help.  Scars can be punch out/excised and removed in the office.

There are many options for hypertrophic/red/discolored scars:
1. vascular lasers (yellow laser, vbeam, excel v)
2. fractional lasers (fraxel, erbium, co2)
3. microneedling/PRP
4. silicone based scar gels with growth factors
5. excision +/- radiation
