Skull augmentation gone wrong. Can anything be done to burr this down for me? (Photo)

I had a custom silicone skull implant fitted and the edging at the sides of the temporal region look awful. The edges are super prominent and it looks bumpy like theres two balls trapped beneath my skin. Is there anywhere that will burr this down for me?
