The problem here is a very common one. The use of a robust HA filler cheek augmentation, properly performed by a skilled, experienced injector can not only contour a more feminine, oval, heart-shaped face, but create a smoother lid-cheek junction and more youthful under-eyes. There is no such thing as a permanent improvement from any treatment, be it fillers, surgery or gizmo lasers and RF devices. The simple reason is that the aging process continually leads to changes in the underlying bone, fat, muscle and "fabric" of the skin, which will necessitate further aesthetic work. It is the reason that despite the promises to the contrary even radical surgical facelifts and necklifts really don't give rise to permanent rejuvenation results.
