Tiny holes on skin 3 1/2 months after C02 laser treatment. How can I fix this? (Photo)

Creative7395
I had the CO2 laser done about 3 1/2 months ago and my skin wasn’t really that bad. I kind of did it for like hyper pigmentation and just a little bit of some scarring that I had just in my t zone but overall my skin was pretty good. And I noticed that now all over my face I have these tiny red mark patterns and it’s not hyper pigmentation it’s like when I put makeup on. It’s like actual like holes in my skin that won’t go away and I’ve seen and I’ve researched that you know it takes a couple months to heal, but I’m about to be on my fourth month and they still look the same and I still have those holes in my skin that I did not have before so I don’t know if there’s something I can do to fix that or if that’s just permanent damage, because it’s not my pores
