Controlled rosacea with a neurogenic component - would CO2 laser be a good treatment for lip lines?

For lip lines specifically, fractional non-ablative lasers or low-density fractional CO2 lasers can be effective in stimulating collagen and improving fine lines, and yes, it is absolutely possible to treat just the peri-oral area while avoiding the more rosacea-prone cheeks and forehead.
