History/context: I had a breast uplift and 275cc mentor gel implants in 2019. Fast forward to this month I had a referral to breast clinic for a lump in my right breast. Upon ultrasound it is suspected the integrity of my implant in that breast is not ideal and what looks to be silicone has leaked. Maybe causing the lumps? My question is, is it worth going back to my original doctor for a revision asap? I don't have any other symptoms apart from the lump that I can think of ATM. My implants are in warranty with an £800 contribution to surgery costs but this will obviously still be quite a financial and surgical commitment so would like some professional opinions please. Thanks for reading and please ask for any other useful information I may have left out.
