Getting an implant exchange from 245cc Motiva Ergo Demi to 295cc Motiva Ergo Full. Both implants are the same diameter so my understanding is that no pocket adjustments will be needed. My implants are subfascial, and my original surgery was 2 years ago. Given that the pocket is already formed, will the new implants be settled into place right away or should I still expect a "drop and fluff" process? Also, will I be able to assess softness fairly quickly? My Demi's are so squishy but it took months for them to feel this way. Will the new implants follow that timeline or no since my tissue is already expanded?

From the photos it does not seem that your implant is obviously displaced. The implants seem to have settled behind each nipple. You will have some natural movement of the implant as you move. Visit with your surgeon for an evaluation if you continue to be concerned.
