Is there still a "drop and fluff" process after an implant exchange where the pocket isn't adjusted?

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. You will probably need some time to see the final results, but you will see it sooner than the initial surgery.

If your procedure involves simply removing and replacing the implants with no pocket modifications, you can expect the normal postoperative swelling. Once the swelling has resolved, because you have an intact capsule the appearance of your breasts should be relatively stable over time with little settling. Good luck.

There will be no "drop and fluff" this time since the pocket will not be adjusted. You will have and feel exactly what will be in the future.
