I have a red dot on the end of my nose! It’s been there for 4-5 months an wont go away

It's difficult to see in the photo, but generally speaking light electrodessication is a quick, efficient, and time-tested method for eliminating cherry hemangiomas, and "broken blood vessel" (telangiectasias), Unlike expensive lasers and other gizmos that are commonly hawked for treating these on Dr. Google, Dr. TikTok and Dr. Instagram, light electrodessication has a proven safety and efficacy for treating problems like this that goes back decades. I personally give my patients a mirror to look and delight at the "magical" way the spot disappears immediately when touched with the electric needle. 
You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be very wary of all the hype and marketing that surrounds all the expensive, so-called, supposedly "next big thing" lasers or other gizmos being hawked out there and on the social media platforms.
