Ptosis surgery - how long after liposuction/breast fat transfer surgery?

Hi, If I am having ptosis surgery, what is the *minimum waiting period* to have this, after breast fat transfer surgery? Is there a recommended order in terms of which procedure to do first? (The breast fat transfer is liposuction under general anesthetic; the ptosis surgery is under local anesthetic)

There should not be an issue with having upper eyelid ptosis surgery after lower eyelid retraction surgery since different anatomic area and local anesthesia. Ask your surgeon.

If you are using lash growth serum such as Latisse or over the counter product that contain Isopropyl cloprostenate., I recommend you immediately stop. These products permanently damage fat in the eyelid. You do have upper eyelid ptosis and you benefit from anterior levator resection ptosis surgery.

You are just swollen from your recent ptosis surgery. It is not possible at the moment to know what your outcome will be like. However, posterior ptosis surgery is not as reliable as ptosis surgeons claim. You did not offer a before surgery picture. Generally central levator disinsertion does...

There is no one right answer. Generally I recommend waiting a minimum of two months after reconstructing the lower eyelid and then addressing the upper eyelids. However, there can be significant differences in the best timing depending on how you are healing with the original lower eyelid...
