How long should I wait between lower lid retraction surgery and ptosis surgery?

There is no one right answer. Generally I recommend waiting a minimum of two months after reconstructing the lower eyelid and then addressing the upper eyelids. However, there can be significant differences in the best timing depending on how you are healing with the original lower eyelid reconstruction. More time is better.
