I hate smiling because of the smile lines I have developed. I didn't have it when I was younger and had a fuller face. Do I need a face lift or fat transfer? I hate smiling now. I'm 32 years old and I never had this issue in my 20s
Answer: Candidacy for Facelift Dear princessshamo, After reading through your post and inspecting your attached media I would firstly like to say that please keep smiling as it suits you alot and its very beautiful. If this situation continues to bother you, you can address this by looking into scarless mini facelift and fat injections into areas of wrinkles and smile lines. Regards, TAS TEAM

Answer: Non-invasive ways you can address smile lines Thank you for your question and photos. Though you don’t appear to be a candidate for a facelift, there are other methods for improving the appearance of the smile lines you’re referring to. RF microneedling is an excellent choice for increasing the body’s natural collagen production. This can lead to smoother skin and fewer wrinkles for results that can be long-lasting Dermal fillers can also be used to reduce the appearance of smile lines. This injectable treatment can minimize fine lines around the mouth with results lasting for several months. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector who can assess your concerns and suggest an individualized approach for you.

Answer: Smile lines Thanks for your question! As we age, it is perfectly normal for lines to develop on our face during active movements like smiling. We can’t fill lines that aren’t there when you aren’t smiling. It would leave you with bulges on your face. You should just learn to accept your face - which still appears youthful and pretty. Good luck!

Answer: Smile Lines Hi there! Smile lines are very tricky. They're the result of powerful smiling muscles which isn't a bad thing. To soften them, fillers and fat transfer can work, but they don't tend to stay in the spot due to the powerful forces of the muscles underneath. I would advise against Botox in the area as it can change your smile quite a bit. Morpheus8 microneedling is an option to increase the collagen strength and tone of the skin. Topical creams as well condition the skin. It can be a frustrating area to improve and you're not alone with your concerns. Hope this helps!
