Thanks for your question! As we age, it is perfectly normal for lines to develop on our face during active movements like smiling. We can’t fill lines that aren’t there when you aren’t smiling. You absolutely do not need a facelift. You have a beautiful smile and should smile more, not less. And don’t jet anybody do surgery on your face at this young age

Hi there! Smile lines are very tricky. They're the result of powerful smiling muscles which isn't a bad thing. To soften them, fillers and fat transfer can work, but they don't tend to stay in the spot due to the powerful forces of the muscles underneath. I would advise against Botox in the area as it can change your smile quite a bit. Morpheus8 microneedling is an option to increase the collagen strength and tone of the skin. Topical creams as well condition the skin. It can be a frustrating area to improve and you're not alone with your concerns. Hope this helps!
