Would it be possible to slim the lower face and widen the cheekbone area? 19 year old male (photos)

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. I believe when you say 'slim the lower face' you are actually referring to the cheek area and not the jawline. Procedure such as buccal lipectomies, perioral liposuction and buccinator myectomies are all procedures to consider to achieve this effect. If the cheek area is slimmed then by definition the cheeks should appear wider.
