Looking into pec implants, will there ever be a surgery that can change pectoral insertions?

Ive recently got into bodybuilding and realised I have bad chest insertions. Pec implants seem to be the only solution but aren't great. I know nothing about biology but will it ever be possible to change muscle insertions/origin? Specifically pectoral but abdominal as well.

I would recommend fat grafting to the chest instead of pec implants after gynecomastia surgery if you have a lot of noticeable tethering.
