I had a rhinoplasty 6 years ago. I general I'm happy with the result, but sometimes I look at myself, and think that my nose is a little bit too small. What do you think? What procedures could I undertake to make my nose look more "mature". Or it look fine as it is? Upper lip lift? Btw, in the upcoming year I will have my orthognatic surgery done, maybe the proportions with a nose might improve after that?
