From your photos, I note that your nose is somewhat broadened and there is poor nasal tip definition. The most important question.....How long has it been since your procedure?
If nothing was implanted into your nose, it will not "grow" after surgery. If your nose hasn't fully healed, there will be residual swelling, lasting for up to 2 years. This may appear as nasal enlargement. The nasal tip is notorious for taking the longest time to heal and for the swelling to abate. Swelling distorts anatomic structures...
Bony callus usually does not occur in rhinoplasty patients as the nasal bones heal by fibrous union rather than by endochondral ossification.
If you still feel that there is a postoperative problem, revisit your plastic surgeon for in-person examination and advice.
