Can rhinoplasty fix my upper lip and lack of tooth display? (Photos)

Question

Nose tip gets very big when I smile and I have to pull my upper lip to show teeth. At same time my upper lip seems to have less mobility. But when I lift my nose tip just a little things seems to be better I have good mobility of my upper lip decently better smile and it also feels like I can breathe in a fuller way otherwise my breathing seems to be getting bit trapped in my nose tip. When I lift nose tip it feels smoother. Pls let me know what procedures I can follow & whats the issue

You nasal tip droops when you smile because it is weak. A well performed rhinoplasty will strengthen the tip so it won't droop when you smile. While it doesn't increase the show of your teeth, the lip will most likely look better. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

In general, people's upper lip may have decreased upward mobility, temporarily after rhinoplasty. And having your tip lifted with rhinoplasty surgery would not likely result in increased dental show with smiling. I'm not sure if there are any good procedures to address your concern. Thank you.
