You nasal tip droops when you smile because it is weak. A well performed rhinoplasty will strengthen the tip so it won't droop when you smile. While it doesn't increase the show of your teeth, the lip will most likely look better. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

In general, people's upper lip may have decreased upward mobility, temporarily after rhinoplasty.
