Hi, im 33 and am noticing in pictures that my jaw line is changing. Id like to get Morpheus 8 but wonder if its realistic that ill see results. Im 5,4 and 58kg a size 8-10 so i could lose a little weight but im not sure thats the problem. I try to drink two litres of water a day and have collagen daily. Use prescription retinol and sunscreen.

Based on your pictures and your relatively young age, I believe you are a good candidate for a less invasive skin tightening procedure.
In my opinion, Morpheus 8 would be a suitable option for you. This device is FDA-approved for remodeling adipose tissue and improving the appearance of skin laxity, wrinkles, and other signs of aging. However, it is important to note that the device should only be used within the approved parameters and guidelines (e.g., 20-40 Joules). Morpheus 8 can be quite uncomfortable, for this reason in my clinic Morpheus 8 is performed by a doctor who has experience in local anesthetic infiltration to reduce discomfort and achieve better results. Morpheus 8 requires several sessions, typically 4 to 6 weeks apart.
Another device that can be used for skin tightening and tissue contraction is Facetite. This device is slightly more invasive than Morpheus 8 but is also more effective. The procedure involves a handpiece with two electrodes, one of which is placed in the subcutaneous adipose layer, and the other is in contact with the skin. The procedure requires only one session and can be performed under local anesthesia.
In my clinical practice, I usually recommend my patients start with less invasive procedures such as Exilis Ultra 360 or Morpheus 8 and eventually proceed with more invasive procedures such as Facetite (which is still a minimally invasive procedure).
I would advise you to schedule a consultation with a surgeon who is an expert in facial contouring and skin tightening treatments for a medical assessment in order to create a personalized treatment plan.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.
