I have a slightly raised dark mole on the end of my nose - slightly off centre. I explored removal some years ago and was told that an ellipse incision would likely leave a poor cosmetic result. I wondered have things progressed m? I was told I would not like the cosmetic result because it would leave longer straight scar that may indent at the join site?
