Mental health affected over cleft lip and nose: what can I tell my doctors so they can speed up my treatment?

I'm 18 years old, and I haven't gotten my cleft lip and nose fixed, in result this has really affected my mental health and I tend to isolate myself at home because I'm embarrassed. What can I tell my doctors so they can speed up my treatment and I can have my surgeries quicker?
