Eric-Thanks for your question.  The options available to you will largely depend on where you live.  In today's medical environment, it may be hard to find pro bono coverage, especially if it is good.  As a facial plastic surgeon who cares for cleft patients of all ages, I can help with your lip, nose, and palate, but you would likely need to see an oral surgeon experienced in cleft care.  In Austin, I would reach out to Dell Children's Hospital or look for oral surgeons locally with cleft experience.  Here in San Antonio, I work closely with Drs. Ed Ellis and Dan Perez here at the UT School of Medicine / School of Dentistry - you may qualify for reduced cost in this setting too.Best of luck!
