When I smile, one side of my face feels extremely tight and my cheek has sunken in on this side. Underneath the eye scrunches and wrinkles. The smile line has also disappeared on this side and my smile is still weird. My face was perfect and symmetrical before this I’m gutted.

Botox is commonly used to help with TMJ discomfort. It helps by relaxing the affected muscles resulting in less clenching and pain. An expert injector can help treat you in the office. It takes two weeks for final results and the effects will last typically three to four months.
Botox and other neuromodulator resistance is rare but real. PDO threads for wrinkle control/reduction is a great option is this case whether you have natural or induced resistance.
I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having from your Botox treatment. Botox results are temporary and will gradually fade over three to four months. There is no reversal agent for Botox.
