I have a prominence either side of and just below where my lips meet. They have over time increased in size. I thought they were due to loss of collagen in my facial skin, maybe marinate lines, but I now think they could be caused by the mandibular cutaneous ligaments, but I'm not sure. I want to identify them and find out if there's anything I can do to remove them please. I'm a 40 y/o trans woman (HRT 18 months) they predate my transition.
