Hi, You developed festoons after cheek filler. There is a small space between the lower eyelid and lateral cheeks called prezygomatic space or lid cheek junction. It houses the lymphatic of the undereyes. Injectors who are not familiar with anatomy inject fillers into this space instead of the cheeks or the undereyes and damage these lymphatic. This causes the area to smell up. Avoid further fillers and Botox in this area. You need festoon correction surgery ultimately but I would recommend Morpheus 8 first and see if it improves.
