Malar bag or eye bag? Which non surgical procedure can I do? Budget is low and issue is mild

A lump appeared under my right lower eyelid only. Im not sure if this lump is malar bag as it is not in the cheek but I’m my tear duct area or eye bag which is only under one eye. The doctor I’ve seen said it’s fluid or fat trapped and nothing to do. He never heard of malar bags. I booked a Radio Frequency and CACI (microneedling) +DIBI Filler Code Eye/Lip Treatment which is the only treatment near me I could afford. Would that help? And more importantly can it worsen the situation?Added pics

After reading your post and looking at your photos, I think you have a few options that can help you with the issue you are having. First of all I will say that your issue is quite mild. I cannot tell if the issue is some fat herniation vs tissue swelling from your photo alone but I am going to say its probably a little bit of fat. When it comes to the undereye area you can try a little bit of filler which will help even things or or you can try micro needling with PRP injections which is a little safer and more natural

From the photos it appears the fullness that concerns you is either fluid of fat.  If it is fluid it may improve with allergy medication, rest, diet, etc.  If it is fat herniation you can consider under eye filler to help improve the contour.  See an expert injector near you to learn more.
