Had a lateral buttock lift december 2023 now it’s sagged back down, what should i do now? (Photos)

After a previous botched BBL where fat was placed on lowest point of buttocks causing so much sagging from turkey, i got a lateral buttock lift in london harley street. Now more than a year later my buttocks have sagged again. I am so sad. I have been going to the gym for 4 months now and haven’t seen an improvement and now I am worrying that building muscles alone won’t fix it. I have also lost 7KG of fat and now my body fat percent is 21.4% and now i’m slim but seems like the fat on my buttocks just won’t go no matter how much weight i lose! I think losing the fat may have contributed to further sagging but there’s still so much excess fat which makes my bum looks so droopy! (especially one cheek is more saggy and flat on the top of bum than the other!) My question is , what should i do now? i am reluctant to get another surgery but at this point i dont think gym and fat loss will help me any further! Or do you think building muscles will fix it and i won’t even need surgery? What about HIFU and EMS sculpt machine? what surgery should i have if i need it. I’m 20 years old female 61Kg 178cm
