I’m 34 & had a core needle biopsy on the top of my breast 5 mo. ago. The doctor (and everything online) said there shouldn’t be a scar afterwards, but I have a scar that hasn’t improved and for some reason, has dark coloring under the skin? They only used steri strips, so I don’t understand why there are black margins around the scar. I’m fair, so I notice it & it really bothers me. I’ve used a topical scar gel but it hasn’t helped. How could I treat this?
