One year is a sufficient amount of time, but I need to conduct a physical examination to confirm this definitively. However, based on what I understand from your photos, you seem to be a suitable candidate for a revision forehead lift surgery.

I prefer to do a physical examination, but as I see from the photos, there is a significant hair loss problem and I do not recommend forehead reduction to my patients who have this hair loss problem. As the hairline opens, the stitches will come to the fore and this is a look I do not prefer.

Hello, hope you are well. The slope of your lower forehead is determined by the brow bone. Forehead contouring can be performed to reduce the prominence of this ridge to create a more vertical profile. This is performed under general anesthesia through an incision in the scalp. Best,Dr. Tower

It would be difficult to give you detailed scenario about contouring of your forehead without in person or at least teleconference. Fillers and fat grafts could be used for contouring but this may need to be repeated multiple times and requires true expertise. Open forehead contouring using bone...
