25, asymmetrical drooping eyes - What is the best way to fix droopy lower eyelid? (Photo)

Hi I’m a 25 year old male. My eyes have been my biggest insecurity for along time. Not only do they droop but also the right side droops way more than the left which gives a very asymmetrical look to my face. Now a bit of my health history, I’ve had recurring Bel’s Palsy since I was a child and the doctors have insisted that everything has gone back to normal but I suspect this assymetry is a result of it because looking back at my early childhood photos, I did not seem to have this problem. in photos and videos especially it is much more visible which affects my confidence. So what is the best treatment or surgery for someone with my conditions?
