Based off your photos - buccal fat removal can help with some cheek slimming. The upper part of your cheeks you pinch in your photos - ideally you don't want to reduce because it will then lead to your midface to start to sag and possibly leading to some jowling at an early age. Some chin lipo can help with the lower half of your face. I would recommend starting with some buccal fat removal and seeing how you heal and going from there.
