Facelift at age 30 due to genetics? (photo)

Hi. Im 30 years old and I have saggy skin. I had fat graft 2 year ago into my cheek but not worked . Nothing changed or left from the fat . I thinking to get cheek lift surgery eith under eye incision or should I get deep plane mini facelift? Please tell me your opinion I know Im young for facelift, but I dont like myself and I think its not going to be better with time . Thanks

Based on your photos, I believe the best approach for you would be a Deep Plane Facelift, rather than fillers or a cheek lift with an under-eye incision. Fillers often provide only a temporary effect and, in your case, the key issue seems to be the descent of deeper facial tissues, not volume loss. A Deep Plane Facelift works by lifting and repositioning these deeper structures, giving your face a more defined and harmonious look while maintaining a completely natural result.

Thanks Lilla29 for your question! It's understandable that you're looking for solutions to address the saggy skin you're experiencing. It's frustrating when a procedure doesn't deliver the desired results, as it can be emotionally and financially taxing.
The mid-face is the main goal of cheek lift surgery using an under-eye incision, which raises and realigns the cheeks to enhance volume and definition. To reduce obvious scarring, the under-eye incision—also referred to as a transconjunctival approach—is frequently utilized.   
It can successfully treat drooping cheeks and enhance the appearance of the area beneath the eyes, but it might not be enough if your neck and lower face have a lot of loose skin.
The superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS), a layer of tissue supporting the skin and facial muscles, is one of the deeper tissues and systems of the face that are targeted by a deep plane micro facelift. It gives the neck, lower face, and midface a more thorough lift.   
A broader variety of issues, such as jowls, neck laxity, and drooping cheeks, can be addressed by it. is more intrusive than a cheek lift and has a longer recovery time, but it provides a more natural-looking and long-lasting outcome than a standard micro facelift.
Since your neck and lower face appear to have a lot of loose skin, a deep plane micro facelift would be a better choice than a cheek lift.

At your age and where current aesthetics are, I would consider a few years of repeat aggressive/deep collagen remodeling laser treatments (CO2, UltraClear, etc) to boost collagen and thickness of your dermal layer. There will always be time in your future for surgical facelift but at this time, you do not have enough muscle laxity to make the facelift worthwhile for what you will invest in it. The majority of your issue is skin quality which the facelift will not address at all.

Before you try facial surgery, which has a limited time span, try radiofrequency with micro-needling to help tighten your skin and thicken your collagen. I think you should get very good results. I like the Secret machine.
