I had what I was told by my PS was a deep plane face and neck lift. I've developed 2 lumps of scarring in my neck on either side of my chin, that are very hard and stuck to the skin and muscle underneath. I also have recurring excess skin sagging. I had a consult with a different PS to get a 2nd opinion. He says the scar in my chin is too small for necklift and looks like only lipo. Is there another way a necklift could have been done? Did my PS really lie? Also, will massage help scarring
