Fat repositioning of fat removal to make my under eye a smooth transition?

Based on your photos you have a tear trough deformity and prominent nasojugal groove. Lower eyelid surgery with fat re-distribution is a well accepted technique for addressing both issues.In patients with tear trough deformity without obvious skin excess or underlying muscle laxity, both fat re-distribution (through a lower lid blepharoplasty procedure) and fat grafting are acceptable treatments. In patients with marked skin excess and /or muscle laxity, it is thought that fat re-distribution produces superior results than autologous fat grafting.

Common reasons for lower blepharoplasty include tear trough deformity or pseudoherniation of the orbital fat. An in-person exam would provide a more accurate diagnosis. Transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning will provide nice results and a better lid-cheek transition in this case.
