I had filler injected 10 years ago vô lift but in the last few years has caused a lot of swelling, I started to dissolve it, after two sessions my tear troughs have came back very obviously. have seen various surgeons with different opinions. Two suggesting a lower bleph with fat removal and fat grafting - and two suggesting just a lower bleph with removal not repositioning and strongly urging against fat grafting in the under eye with thin skin. Please help I can’t decide what is best
