I had one syringe of filler injected into my chin about 2-3 months ago. I noticed some swelling/lumps around the area where my jawline connects to my neck, but didn't think much of it. Now, I notice that when I speak/sing, it looks like I have a fatter neck from the side - jawline and chin look weaker. I can feel some knots when I go to massage it, and there is still slight soreness, only when I apply pressure. Did it migrate? Will migrated filler dissolve on its own or am I stuck?
