Chin & labiomental fold filler caused bottom lip to curl in, how can I fix this? (Photos)

I had chin filler and labiomental crease filler and within the day of having it my bottom lip has completely curled in. I have had the filler dissolved but it appears to have remained the same and wondering how I can fix this. The injector had also put Botox under my bottom lip but this has not had any change.

Thank you for your question. Depending on how much enzyme was used to dissolve the filler, you can try adding more enzyme to help further dissolve any residual filler that may be present. The enzyme itself is called hyaluronidase, which dissolves HA or hyaluronic acid. There are several major brands of hyaluronidase; two common ones are hylenex and vitrase. 
Anecdotally, some injectors argue that vitrase is more potent and effective when compared to hylenex. Others say there is no difference. Regardless, it may be worthwhile to undergo another round of enzyme injection to try to dissolve any possible residual or leftover filler that was not addressed in the first round.
