I travelled all the way to Seoul to have double jaw + v line surgery for purely cosmetic reasons after seeing a particular surgeons work on Instagram there were he transformed people's asymmetrical faces. This was apparently a really top maxillofacial surgeon but it appears he has now left me with a huge open bite and my orthadonist back home says braces can't fix this (I had no braces prior) After assessing my current bite what would you recommend and has there been a surgical error?
