Answer: Would these give good results Unfortunately without photos or an exam it's difficult to render a recommendation. I encourage you to visit a few board certified plastic surgeons near you for consultations. Review credentials and look at before/after photos before selecting the surgeons. Discuss your goals for surgery and listen to varying opinions.

Answer: Implants You did not post photos, but for many women, the size you selected looks very nice. If you are a true 34 B, this size should make you a nice D cup.

Answer: Mini lift with small implants Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, if your breast are widely separated then the implants have to be centered underneath the widely separated nipple-areola complex. This often results in the breasts looking outward laterally and will be unstable mechanically. You may need a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, small implants can be placed totally submuscular.
