I am in my late 20s and have a relatively small upper lip and proportionately long philtrum. Would I be considered a good candidate for a lip lift to reduce the length, increase upper teeth show and upper lip show.

Answer: Probably but wrong photos It is likely that you are a good candidate. We do these in our office in about 30 minutes. However, the proper photo is mouth open slightly with your lips at rest. Seeing the amount of tooth show is key.
