275cc too small? (Photo)

I am 5’3 with clothing size 6 and currently wear a bAvenue 30d or a 32c from other stores due to difficulty finding smaller back sizes. Without a bra I don’t appear to be more than a b have sag due to weight loss. I have been told that 275cc high profile with dual plane method is the biggest I can go. When I see images of this size though, it appears very small with only a very slight change in appearance. It’s also difficult to judge as many photos are of smaller pre op size. Is this too small?
