What procedures would you suggest to fix face roundness and under eye hollowness?

I have a very round face, especially when smiling. I am considering getting a chin implant and buccal fat removal. I would also like under eye fat grafting. Is it possible to transfer the buccal fat to my under eyes? What procedures would you suggest to fix this roundness and under eye hollowness?

Hello, thank you for your question. A cosmetic dentist has training in treating teeth.  Buccal fat is fat which is located in the center of the face surrounded by nerves and salivary ducts.  In most states, a dentist would not legally be allowed to remove buccal fat due to limits...
